Employee QuickStart User Guide - Outlines the basic procedures for access and using the Aesop system. It describes how to create absences, cancel absences, access the calendar, create preferred substitute lists, and the phone access procedure.
Employee Aesop Phone Guide - A two page pamphlet providing concise phone system instructions for teachers.
Favorite Five - A step-by-step procedure for creating a preference list to notify the teacher's top five favorite subs first in the event of an absence.

Employee Basic Training Video - A Flash video approximately eight minutes in length describing the teacher procedures for using many basic features of Aesop
Employee Advanced Training Video  - Approximately 16 minutes in length, this video covers both the basic and advanced features of Aesop.
Employee Favorite Five Training Video - This video illustrates the procedure for creating the teacher's top five favorite sub preference list.
Itinerant Employee Training Video  - This four minute training video describes the Aesop procedures for users who routinely work at more than one site on a given day (itinerant employees)

You will now notice that when you accept assignments via the Aesop website, you will need to key in a short code to verify your acceptance of a job.   This is an additional security measure that we have added to the website in order to ensure the proper assignment of available jobs.
