Playing Sports At CSMS? Citrus Springs Middle School offers all students an opportunity to participate in interscholastic sports during the school year. In order to participate, students must meet the following requirements: ATHLETIC PHYSICAL - Any student desiring to try out and participate in any sport at CSMS must have a current athletic physical on file. Athletic physicals are valid for a period of one year from the date of the physical. Students will not be permitted to try out for any sport unless they have a current athletic physical on file. INSURANCE COVERAGE - Students must provide proof of health insurance coverage in order to participate in any athletic program at this school. School insurance is available for a nominal charge. Please contact Student Services if you are interested in purchasing school insurance.
