The Citrus County Master Inservice Plan (MIP) is based on our current mission and beliefs about professional development.
Our professional development program creates life-long learners by providing ongoing, meaningful opportunities for professional growth.

The Master Inservice Plan supports a focus on school-based outcomes and an expanded involvement of the school community. It is more streamlined to stress processes and a systems approach that fosters meaningful, ongoing learning for all employees. The Master Inservice Plan is a method of aligning the complex professional development needs of our
staff into a comprehensive plan which ultimately benefits our students.
