In order to properly address traffic issues at the schools we are conducting a survey to gather information from parents who drive their student to school and utilize the pick-up / drop off area in the morning or
afternoon.
We would appreciate you taking a few minutes to go to the following web site and answer the eight question

Parents of our ESE students,
The Florida Department of Education is working with school districts to gather information on how well parents think their child's school is partnering with parents of students with disabilities, and would like to include your input. Your responses will help guide efforts to improve services and results for children and families.
This survey is for parents of students with individual educational plans (IEP) receiving special education services during the 2011-12 school year. All information provided will remain confidential. You may submit one online survey for each child receiving services.
