Our amazing Transition Academy students—young adults with disabilities ages 18–21—are serving up skills and smiles as they run this brand-new café experience! From earning their ServSafe certification with School Board Dietitian Kelly Niblett
to preparing and serving a delicious lunch for CREST staff along with Superintendent Hebert and district guests, these students are gaining real-world career and life skills one cup at a time

At this time, the Blue Dolphin Café at CREST is not open to the public. This is a learning space for our post-secondary transition students. Additionally, some of our high school students are electing to use this as a learning opportunity as well. Our hope is that this does grow in capacity and provide our students with as much opportunity as possible.
Huge thanks to the Citrus County Education Foundation and our incredible community partners for helping bring this dream to life!
