Trackit has been replaced with a new ticket system called Genuity.

CCSB Employees needing technology assistance must log into ClassLink and click the Tech Support tile. If you are unable to log into ClassLink, you can ask a colleague to submit a ticket on your behalf. 

Students needing technology support need to follow the procedures utilized by their school. 

Parents and Guardians needing assistance with Skyward Family Access should reach out to their child's school for assistance.
